About Us

Summer Training

  

Help your student-athlete in the Upper Cumberland area build a strong foundation for the fall sports, such as soccer or cross country season with our structured summer training program. Athletes will train in a supportive group setting with a weekly training schedule and consistent progress tracking from our experienced coaching staff. Practices include drills, speed work, and long runs designed to safely build endurance and improve overall fitness. In addition to workouts, we provide educational guidance on topics like nutrition, proper gear, training plans, helpful websites, and great local running locations.

The fall XC season is competitive, and summer is the key time to build a solid base before toeing the line. Our program focuses not only on performance, but also on positive encouragement, confidence, and keeping running fun. Coaches help athletes understand their training zones and fine-tune their fitness in a safe, age-appropriate way. Middle and high school athletes will meet June 15–July 31, and elementary athletes July 13–July 31, with all practices held at Southwest Point in Kingston.
